Authentic Evolution Consulting is a behavioral health systems consulting practice supporting organizations, big and small, at moments of growth, change, and transition. Founded by Farina Brown, the practice brings together experience across policy, program design, leadership development, and systems-level implementation. Our work focuses on helping organizations translate mission into sustainable programs.
